  Very Responsive via email. No matter what it is needed I get a response with a few minutes. The doctor is very attentive and listens to my concerns. The front desk and nurses are always pleasant to work with. My son has been going here for almost 3 years.

  My daughter has been going to Dr Declue since she was 11 years old and he has always been very attentive and kind with her. Recently she went to her appointment and she was turned away because she could not pay her "copay" and they would not bill her for it, so she rescheduled the appointment. Well she ran out of one of her insulins and called the office to get it filled. First of all trying to get in touch with someone in that office is like calling the president himself!! Finally she spoke to Jennifer who said she will give request to Declue to have it filled . Never happened! I called the next day and explained to Jennifer my daughter needs her Insulin and supposedly Dr Declue called in. When my daughter called the pharmacy 1st time they said they didn't have it that they would fax Dr. 2nd time she called pharmacy they told her a prior auth was needed from doctor. She called insurance as well . She has been going back n forth between Dr's office insurance and pharmacy. Both insurance and pharmacy told her to call Dr' s office that they would be the ones to correct the problem. Needless to say my daughter was angry but she called Dr Declue office spoke to Jennifer who in turn left her on hold for 30 minutes when my sister called them on another phone , Jennifer answered right away so my daughter was enraged got on the phone with Jennifer and in a very colorful language , that I do not condone, told her she had no compassion so Jennifer hung up on her... in the meantime I called Dr Declue's office and spoke to Liz who supposedly called pharmacy and said they are still waiting for prior auth at this point pharmacy and insurance are saying that it is the doctor's office responsibility to get that prior auth. We are requesting her records and she will transfer to another Endocrinologist . Dr Declue's staff is very difficult to work with and show no compassion for someone in need of their medication before Hurricane Irma makes landfall. My daughter works for FEMA and has been deployed to work at a shelter as of tomorrow at 6:30AM. She doesn't know what she will do if she doesn't get her insulin by today. I am so disappointed in that office, that even though Dr Declue is wonderful it is not enough to stay with him having to deal with such horrible front office staff members.
