  Literally I was stuck behind a car accident and I didn't have an alternat route. So me being considerate called the office and told them I'm running late I'm still in the window frame for being late and I'd be there in three min. The lady said that was fine that they would work me in. I get to the place and literally I'm two mins late and the front desk lady said they might see me if I waited until the end appt at 230got here at 245 it's now 4 and there's no one here. Tell me why I haven't been called

  This office staff is very unorganized. My child's surgery was delayed for over a month because of their messy behavior. It was so frustrating to deal with being scheduled, cancelled, rescheduled and all the calls in between just because they didn't "realize" the guidelines of my insurance. I often received conflicting information and had to make several calls just to verify simple details. I called before our appointment to receive an estimate for my referral visit, ended up paying more at the visit and then received a bill. When I called to question I was told that the amount I paid was correct and shouldn't have been billed any more. A couple weeks later I received another bill. Dr. Hotchkiss may be a qualified physician but her staff is atrocious.
