- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The customer service representatives are pleasant; however the plan itself is not that easy to work with. It took too much time and effort to become a provider. We were constantly told we were not needed in their network even though no one else in our city took Wellcare. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used WellCare for an entire year without complaint. But, from 2014 to 2015 they have doubled their rates. Now this may be the result of Obamacare or the fact that their new CEO has just been hired from Blue Cross...who is notorious for high rates and a flagrant disregard of their clients welfare.
