- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Glorified bill collector receptionist was more worried about a $100 balance and speaking rudely to us than resolving the issue and making our appointment so they totally lost our business. We went to another dentist that was able to get us in and we paid the difference up front for an implant...extraction and next a crown. It's a shame she is making their office loose a lot of business. Apparently she is in the wrong field!!!!!February 28, 2017by dan tyn
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Thigpen and his staff is always so helpful and kind. Dr. Thigpen takes his time with each of his patients and makes sure to explain everything as he goes. His surgical assistance staff really knows what they are doing and does so well at making the patients feel comfortable. I would recommend West Coast Center for Jaw Surgery to everyone! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Our entire experience with the West Coast Center For Jaw Surgery for my daughter's wisdom teeth removal was absolutely wonderful. During the consult, Dr. Jack Thigpen and his team helped us feel very comfortable and well prepared for post-op care. My daughter, normally very nervous, went into surgery feeling very confident and relaxed. She went in early on a Friday morning and was out very quickly with little to no expression of pain. The healing process was easy. In fact, she was feeling so comfortable that she only needed advil starting that Sunday. Dr. Thigpen is a true gem.
