  I am now a patient of Bivens orthodontics and I must say they have really impressed me. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome there. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. They even had a sign welcoming me there by name, just for me. Sounds small, but it really made an impression to me that they care enough to make those little extra efforts that no one else seems to do anymore. I felt like family from the moment I walked in. They treated me like I mattered, and even gave me a tour of the facility. Working with Kristy, the treatment coordinator there, has been nothing short of VIP treatment. She has been friendly, accommodating, understanding, and very helpful in every way. I usually hate asking questions because I always feel like I'm bothering people, but she has made it a very comfortable experience and has made sure to help me with any question I had. All of this has resulted in me choosing them over many other options. I like the feeling that I am in great hands. Dr Bivens is by far the most informed ortho that I met with, and that makes me feel as I will get the results I am looking for. I truly feel with this kind of choice you have to go with the best, and to me that was this team at this office.

  Very clean and neat office. Every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. Made ya feel at home. Dr Bivens was very nice and explained everything wonderfully. Thank you!
