- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The service is absolutely the worst I think I've ever experienced. The past three visits I have waited a minimum of an hour and a half. Other times I have wait a total of three hours just to be taken back to get my vitals!!! The staff has no clue what they are doing & they are unfriendly. Additionally, I started seeing a doctor who I ended up liking and getting to know and during my last visit he told me.he was leaving the group. There was no notice given by the group about the doctor's resignation and the two other doctors only spoke spanish. This establishment is the WORST!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was trying to find a PCP. Chose this office because I was looking for a D.O. and they were listed on my insurance website as having a D.O. I never saw a D.O. Visited this office twice, first time I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen, second time, 30 minutes. On 2nd visit, was asked by the doctor why I was seeing him today. Apparently he hadn't looked at my chart. When I called to say I was having some side effects with the prescribed medication, no one returned my calls. When I finally did get someone on the phone I had to speak to receptionist, couldn't speak to a nurse or doctor.
