- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First things first, I needed emergency dental and they were all booked up. The office manager Vanessa and the receptionist Amber made sure they were able to fit me in as a walk-in right away. To be honest, I have never had the " above & beyond" experience, so Vanessa and Amber really wowed me. I never write reviews but I have to give credit when it's due. Even with my insurance being jacked up, Amber took the time to verify my benefits to make sure I was getting the best rate. Even when the rate came back with an higher amount, amber knew something was wrong and went back for a breakdown with my insurance company. While getting my X-ray, Vanessa even came in to check on me and assisted on helping the tech. Sooo much positivity and team work! The dentist, Dr. Minias was beyond amazing. Even with the rush and being a walk-in, he still took his time to care for mouth. The entire staff was friendly and the office is clean! If you ever need to visit the dentist, pleaseeeeee visit Great Expressions citrus park. I promise you it'll be worth the smile. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Amazing!!! Amazing!!! Wonderful staff and phenomenal physician. My 2 year old son had 4 crowns put into his front teeth.
