- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was so afraid. Dr Ponce was wonderful and helped me remain calm. the staff was wonderful and very thorough and answered my question However I was harassed about my bill ...I have a 2000 deductible..and was making payment arrangements....they asked me to pay 250 today and I was upset because that was not the arrangement I made...not a happy camperSeptember 18, 2017by Deborah J.
