- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I must say that office staff is at a loss when determining if your insurance plan is accepted. My PCP office called to verify and they said yes scheduled appt. When I arrived for my appointment pretty much first words after i completed paper work was your copayment of $$ is due now. A week or so later i received a statement from my insurance stating that they paid $$ 000 . I called them and supposedly a wrong bill / code was entered. Then I was informed that they are not participating in plan. Bottom line I wasted my time and co payment. Note am not rating the MD since he did not perform any procedures just the way office staff handled the situation.November 14, 2017by Dan Perez
